Julie Madigan
Secretary

Naomi Blanco
Treasurer
As part of the founding Board of AAT, Naomi enjoys witnessing the continuous evolution of this amazing non-profit. Serving on the Board and being a parent volunteer, when her 9 and 11 year olds are performing in shows, is very fulfilling. She especially loves to see actors grow as well as the community development of AAT's incredible families. When she isn’t moonlighting with AAT, she is the Director of Global Training Services at Mandel Communications, a wonderful locally-grown company.

Sigfrid Garman
OFFICER
As a former elementary school educator, Sigfrid realizes the importance of providing opportunities for children to find their passions. Her daughter Marielle found her passion at just 5 years of age when she joined All About Theatre, and Sigfrid found hers while volunteering. For the last 11 years, Sigfrid has worked in development for a non-profit medical group. In her free time, she enjoys watching theater and live music, doing yoga, playing both on the beach and in the forest, as well as Latin dancing.

Debbie Dutra
officer
Debbie joined the board in 2017 so she could help make a difference in kids’ lives. She has experienced first hand the growth and confidence that AAT has given to her daughter, Emi. Debbie is also hooked on theater, she has performed in two All Age productions and is looking forward to more. She is co-founder of Synergy Learning Systems, a boutique Team and Leadership Development firm.

Rachel Richardson
Officer
Rachel is a newcomer to the board, joining in 2017. After working on many productions she found the draw to do more unshakable. She is an RN and community health advocate, as well as a birth doula and unrelenting student. When not bouncing between dance, theatre, baseball, piano and countless other activities, she finds herself quilting, reading, gardening, and snuggling her cats.

Heather Young
Finance Officer
Heather is so excited to be joining the board of AAT and helping to contribute to this amazing theater community! She received her bachelor's degree in Theater Arts from Tisch School of the Arts at NYU. Heather spent a decade in New York as an actress performing in a repertory company and in many other plays. Following New York, she moved back home to Santa Cruz to raise three amazing children, including Ava who is part of AAT and has also caught the acting bug. Heather is a sales executive in the hi-tech industry. She is so excited to take all she's experienced and give it back to those who are exploring theater and its infinite wonders.
